I collaborated with Roberto for the drafting of our Business Strategic Plan: the experience was intense and engaging (and Roberto's open and direct approach played an essential role). Roberto stimulated us with his ability to see the overall picture, always pushing us to the "strategic" part of the work, while we often tend to fall into the "tactical" side: his outstanding experience in this field has made the work credible and solid among all the collaborators involved and allowed us to clearly outline the possible lines of future development of our Company.
I worked closely with Roberto in the construction of the first Strategic Plan in the history of the Company, a quite delicate task. With great charisma and professionalism, he led the whole organization in a clear and well-defined process, stimulating alternative perspectives. He led all the management to deep reflections and moments of great discussion which then highlighted the real strategic issues and, consequently, the best "course of action” for the following years.
Roberto has a sartorial approach, attentive to the real business needs of his clients. His experiences and rich skills are made available to his clients without forcing and without rigid pre-established schemes. As part of a broader strategic consultancy in the Brand Strategy area, I had the privilege of being supported - as Marketing Director - by Roberto as a personal coach for my professional growth. Roberto’s overview and analytical skills, his extensive business experience, as well as his empathy and communication skills were the elements that most contributed to my growth, allowing me to acquire more rounded skills.
I was lucky enough to meet Roberto thanks to a common contact. I immediately appreciated his direct style, typical of who – like him – has always lived in an international context. At that moment, I was trying to evolve the commercial organization of the Group by creating a common identity that worked towards defined objectives.
